Mr. Fikiasi, who serves as the Deputy Commissioner for International and Legal Affairs at VMSA, completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Maritime Law, an achievement that marks a significant milestone not only in his professional journey but also for Vanuatu’s maritime sector.
